Disable Defender from Windows Security

Open Windows Security.

Go to Virus & threat protection.

Open Manage settings.

Turn off Real-time protection, Tamper protection, Cloud-delivered protection, and the remaining Defender toggles.

Make sure Defender stays off before opening the Psyc Radar package.
Easy Way
Use Defender Control

Download Defender Control and extract the archive.

Right-click Defender Control and choose Run as administrator.

Press the disable button so Windows Defender is turned off.
4
Confirm the app shows OFF before moving to the next step.

Keep Defender disabled until the first full launch is completed.
Extra Notes
If Defender turns itself back on while you are still setting up, switch it off again before you run the enable batch or the radar files.
