Download Defender Control and extract the archive.

Right-click Defender Control and choose Run as administrator.

Press the disable button so Windows Defender is turned off.

Confirm the app shows OFF before moving to the next step.

Keep Defender disabled until the first full launch is completed.
Extra Notes
If Defender turns itself back on during setup, disable it again before opening the installation files or loader.
